Account Settings
Account Settings tab
When you first start using Prokuria, this is the place, to begin with setting up your account. On this page, you will find 2 tabs designed for setting up your account: Settings and Users.
In this article, we will cover the Settings tab.

The “Settings” tab will help you adjust the details of your Company account.
From here you will work with 5 sections:
1. Company info;
2. Branding;
3. Settings;
4. Properties;
5. Templates.
1. Company info
From this section, you can:
- Add company name;
- Add country;
- Add city;
- Add address;
- Add Website.
All you have to do is click the “edit” button to fill in the fields, then click “Save”.
The “Company name” field is mandatory.
2. Branding
From this section, you can:
- Add company logo;
- Choose an accent color;
- Add a general phone number;
- Add a general email for your account
3. Settings
From this section, you can choose the main currency for your account. This currency will be the default one when creating an RFQ or a Reverse auction.
4. Properties
There are multiple properties that you can define for your account. Here is the place where you will create the categories/ business unit/ tags etc.
Property | Description |

Items & suppliers categories | Add new types of categories to choose for your suppliers and items from Items Catalog |
Cost centers | Add new types of cost centers that can be used in all types of sourcing events |
Business unit | Add new business units for your projects |
Items Group | Add new types of groups for your items from the Items Catalog |
Risk | Add new types of risk that can be chosen for every supplier |
Segment | Add new types of segments that can be chosen for every supplier |
Message type | Add new types of messages that can help you organize your message center easier |
Tasks status | Add new types of statuses for your task to help you organize the workflow better |
Tags | Add tags to choose for your items and suppliers |
PO status | Add new values for your PO status |
5. Templates
Here you can create a template for items that you can use in events.
You can create a new items template for your RFQs, by clicking the “+ add template” from the Items template page.
Make sure the new template is active so that you can use it in the sourcing events.
