When creating a user account in Prokuria, you can see and manage additional details in “My profile” section.

1. User info

From this section, you can:

1. Change your profile picture;

2. Add your Name and Last name;

3. Add your position;

4. Add your phone number.

The “Name”, “Last name”, “Position” and “Phone” fields are mandatory.

A profile name & photo help your team identify who you are. We accept the following file types: PNG and JPEG.

2. User settings

In this section, you can change the language of the account. You can change to Romanian, English, Hungarian, Mandarin, French, Italian, or Mexican Spanish.

3. Security

Here you can change your password.

Navigate to the Security section and click “+ reset password”
Enter your current password;
Enter your new password;
Enter your new password again;
Click “Reset”

If you don’t remember your password, an alternative solution would be to request a password reset link to be sent to your email address from the login page. You will need to log out of your account to get back to the login page.
