Adding attachments is an excellent tool to keep all your important information in a single centralized place, but more than that directly where you need it, in the supplier, event, or any other entity page.
Adding a new document
A new document can be attached by clicking on the “Add document” button. A modal opens where you can browse and select the wanted document as well as provide a short description for it. When you are done, click “Save”.
Adding a link
More information about the requisition can also be added in the form of a link. To attach one, click on the “Add link” button and a modal will open. Insert the link and provide a short description, then click “Save.”
Edit/Delete an existing attached document
If you want to edit the details of an attached document or delete it, click on the three dots next to the date of the attachment. From there, select the desired functionality.
