Prokuria is all about encouraging team collaboration to get the best results, so we’ve built in a number of ways you can boost collaboration with other people, alignment with stakeholders, or other departments.

You can:

• Save documents and attachments to any entity in order to keep all important information in one place, but not any place, and directly where your team needs it the most and intuitively is going to look for it.
• Mention a user when you write a comment – particularly useful in drawing someone’s attention to a page or comment or assigning a task to them. 
• Tasks and reminders to never miss any deadline, milestone, or important dates.
