Custom email
This section describes how to send a customized invitation to your Suppliers in addition to the automated invitation generated by Prokuria.
You can send a customized invitation to your provider in any event status from your personal account.
How to Send Customized Invitations
To send a customized invitation:
1. Open your Event;
2. Go to the Suppliers section and click on the 3 points next to the supplier to which you want to send the customized email;
3. Click the “Send email” button;
4. From here you can compose the email to which you can send it to the supplier.
You can also send customized emails to multiple suppliers using Bulk actions functionality.
Click the Bulk Actions button and then select the suppliers you want to send custom emails to.
Resend invitation
This section will explain how to re-send an invitation to a Supplier, and will explain the two options you have to re-send invitations:
You can also simply re-send the automated invitation sent by Prokuria.
How to Resend Invitations
If a supplier needs you to re-send an invitation to them, you can do so from the event, specifically from the Suppliers section.
To resend the invitation, the event must be active or paused status.
1. Go to the Suppliers section.
2. Click on the three dots next to the supplier to whom you want to resend the invitation;
3. Select a resend invitation button.
You can also resend invitations to multiple suppliers using Bulk actions functionality.
Click the Bulk Actions button and then select the suppliers you want to resend invitation then click resend invitation button.
