Update June 2024

We are delighted to announce a new feature designed to enhance your RFQ or RFI events. This update brings a new design for better RFQ/RFI management. The events page will be reorganized into distinct tabs: Settings, Event (items & questions), Suppliers, and Messages.

In the new update, a significant design change has been made. Now, instead of the three tabs at the top of the event page – General info, Messages, and Internal info – you’ll find four distinct tabs: Settings, Event, Suppliers, and Messages.

These tabs are now structured as follows:

Settings tab
In the “Settings” tab, you’ll find the following sections: General info, Settings, Attachments, and Comments (the functionalities of the sections remain unchanged).

Event tab

The Event tab gives you an overview of all the essential details of your event. Here, you can continue to create multiple sections of any type (be it Items or Questions) in any order you need. This allows you to customize item sheets and questionnaires to track and manage all aspects of your procurement (the functionalities of the sections remain unchanged).

Suppliers tab

Adding and managing suppliers within your events has never been easier. The Suppliers tab allows you to add and monitor all relevant suppliers in one place.

Messages tab

The Messages tab remains unchanged.
