When working through multiple events, projects, or contracts, it can be easy to lose track of what’s due and what’s coming up. Fortunately, Prokuria offers a Tasks section where you can follow all of these and set reminders.
To begin, first, click “Tasks” on Top Menu. From here, you will be brought to the “Tasks list” page.
The Tasks page contains the following columns:
- Completed: This column marks the tasks that have been completed;
- Name: The name of the task
- List: Tasks can be grouped in lists that you define when creating the task;
- Associated with: This column contains the entity the task is connected to; this can be any type of Prokuria entity: a contract, a supplier, an event, etc;
- Entity type: This type specifies the type of the entity the task is connected to;
- Start date: The start date of the task;
- Due date: The date the task is due;
- Reminder: The date for a reminder to complete this task;
- Status: This column shows the query status. The status can be: to do, done, in progress, overdue, on hold;
- Assigned to: This column contains the user who has to complete the task.
At the top of your page, you will notice that there is a search bar prompting you to Search. Here, you can type in the name of the Task or List. Simply type in the search term.
There is also the option of adding extra filters to each column using the Filter icon, allowing you to further refine your search. Filters can be applied to the following columns: list, entity type, due date, reminder.
To begin, click on the Filter icon next to a column. From here, a dropdown menu will appear. This is where you will select the criteria. Once you have pulled in the filters that you would like to use, click OK.
All columns can be sorted. To apply the sort function, click the column name. An arrow appears next to the name. If it is directed upwards, it means that sorting will be made in ascending order. If it is directed downwards, it means that the sorting will be in descending order.
Tasks can be grouped by entity type. To begin, click on “No grouping”. From here, a dropdown menu will appear. You can select the criteria. Once you have a choice, the queries will be grouped.
