Creating fields
1. Go to Fields section and click "+add field"
2. A new page appears where you have to fill in the fields and check the boxes as needed.
- Field name: to get started, add the name of the new field;
- Can be used/ legacy/ must check: this box is checked automatically. This must be checked so that the new field can be used.
- Visible/ legacy/ must check: this box is checked automatically. This must be checked so that the new field can be visible.
- Field is mandatory: if you check this box, the field becomes mandatory.
- Field type: you can choose the field type (textbox, textarea, select, etc)
- Field is visible in form: if you check this box, the created field will be visible in the internal form.
- Visible on public form: if you check this box, the created field will be visible in the public form.
- In form sort order: in this section sets the order in which you want the created field to appear in form.
- Width: you can set the width of the field.
- Field is visible in grid: if you check this box, the created field will be visible in the grid.
- In grid sort order: in this section sets the order in which you want the created field to appear in grid.
- In grid field column % from grid:
- Section: in this step, the section of which the field will be part will be chosen.
- Description: a description of the field is filled in by the user;
