Email templates – Introducing Prokuria to your whole team

Now that you’ve tried Prokuria with a few teammates, you’re ready to invite the rest of your team. We’ve put together a customizable email template that you can send to your team to introduce them to Prokuria. Just follow the instructions below:

  1. Copy the text in the template below.
  2. Make sure to fill in and double-check bolded text for accuracy. You can also remove anything that isn’t pertinent to your team.
  3. Further, customize the email to your preference and add any additional information about why you are inviting them and what everyone will gain from Prokuria. 
  4. Send the email and schedule a time to introduce your first few teammates to Prokuria.

Hi team,

For the past [week(s), month, or other timeframes], a small group of us have been using Prokuria, a tool for sourcing and supplier management. Prokuria allows procurement teams to organize sourcing events, manage suppliers and contracts, assign that work, and communicate in one place. After using it, it’s clear Prokuria can help us with [solving a specific pain point, achieving a goal, tracking a major initiative, etc.].

We’ve already created [a few sourcing events, suppliers, and projects], and I want to invite the rest of the team so that we can all start working together in Prokuria. I will send you an invite to start. This will trigger an email from Prokuria that will guide you through the signup process (it’s quick and simple). Once everyone has signed up for Prokuria, we will schedule a team kickoff meeting where I’ll demo Prokuria for you and we can talk about how we’ll use it as a team and establish the next steps. 

To get started, once you’ve signed up for Prokuria, you’ll be pointed to check out their Demo project to learn the basics. I’m excited to try it out with you. We’re excited to try it out with the whole team.
