Supplier portal overview
Every procurement department works with suppliers who want to update their information, view their purchase history, or track their payments. With Prokuria Supplier Portal, organizations can streamline their procurement processes while enhancing the supplier experience.
This article is a guide for everything you need to know about the Supplier Portal.
One-time password
Once the supplier accesses the portal using the link received from the procurement team, they will simply need to enter their email address and click the “Send Code” button to receive a one-time password.

If the contact from the supplier is already added to the client’s supplier database on the Prokuria platform, the system will send an email with a code that must be entered on the platform to complete the authentication process

The top bar of the page
The top bar of the page displays the logo and the name of the buyer’s company, as well as the name, picture, and position of the procurement team member.
The green send messages button enables seamless communication between the supplier and the buyer, ensuring all correspondence is centralized in one location.

On the right side of the top bar, we have the name, position, and supplier’s company.

The portal forms
📌 Keep in mind: All the forms displayed in this article are for demonstration purposes. Each form is fully customizable and can be adapted to meet your company’s specific needs. |
On the portal, the supplier will have access to all the public forms set and published by the buyer. These forms may be read-only, such as “Tasks” and “Purchase Order,” or editable forms, such as “Certification,” where the supplier can add, edit, or modify records displayed in the associated sub-grid.

Typically, the last section of the supplier portal is the Responses section, which displays all the procurement events to which the supplier has been invited, such as RFQs and auctions.
Another action available on the supplier portal is the ability for the supplier to manage their users, assign roles, and update contact information shared with their partner or procurement team members. For more details, please refer to our Manage Team feature support article.
