How to Communicate with the Buyer During an Event

How to Send a Messag

Follow these easy steps to get in touch with the Buyer:

1️⃣ Go to the event page
2️⃣ Click the “Message” button at the top of the screen (next to the Buyer’s name)

3️⃣ A message window will open

4️⃣ Click “+ Add new message”

5️⃣ Fill in the subject, write your message, and attach any relevant documents
6️⃣ Click “Send”

Message Notifications

📩 When the Buyer replies, you’ll receive an email notification.
🔔 A red icon will appear showing the number of unread messages if new responses are waiting.

Can the Buyer Close the Conversation?

Yes. Once the Buyer considers the topic resolved, they can close the message thread.
🔒 After that, you won’t be able to reply or add comments to that message.
